This Danny - he started today. He is 25 and has a MSc in Brewing & Distilling from Herriot Watt University. Danny lives in Glasgow and likes archery, rock climbing and hiking (I thought he said baking - could you imaging someone with those skills in the kitchen making cake based around gin).

Danny is with us thanks to the support from the Scottish Edge Wildcard money, he will be working with Dale to create some new and exciting products from McQueen Gin.

If you are coming to the Loch Lomond Food Festival this weekend (3rd/4th September), you will get to meet him in person.
