Can I amend my booking?
Yes. Please call the distillery and we will do what we can to change the date of your booking, subject to availability.

Is there anything to see outside of tour times?
Distillery tours take place Monday to Friday at 2.30pm. While we cannot allow visitors onto the distillery floor outside of tour times, our distillery shop is open Monday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm.

How long does the tour last and what’s involved?
The whole McQueen Gin experience takes around 1 hour. The distillery tour kicks off in our original distillery before moving to our newly built facility to meet Little Maggie and Big Doogy (our stills). Last, but certainly not least, your distillery experience rounds off with a delicious tasting of our adventurous gins.

Can I get a refund on my distillery tour booking?
Refunds can be arranged with 48 hours notice of the booked tour date.

Do you have visitor parking?
Yes, please follow the courtyard round to the right for parking.

Are children allowed?
The distillery is in full production each day and throughout tours. We are sorry that we cannot accept anyone under 18 years old, including infants.

Are dogs allowed?
We love dogs, but as a food production facility and working distillery, please do not bring along your dog.

Are the distillery and tours fully accessible?
Yes, we have full wheelchair access throughout, however those not in a wheelchair should be aware that this is a standing and walking tour with no seating areas during the tour.

Is there foreign language provision?
Sorry, we do not have provision at the moment.

Can samples be taken away?
At this time samples from the gin tastings can only be consumed on site. However, our distillery shop will be open if you would like to take some of your favourite McQueen Gin home.

Do you have a cafe?
No, as of yet we do not have an onsite cafe, although the nearby town of Callander has many delightful eateries which we would be happy to reccommend.
