Pink Lady

Our sharp and tangy take on this pink classic from 1937. A cocktail that had been fuelling gin adventures for 90 years before the modern pink gin boom.

Ingredients

  • 50ml McQueen Sweet Citrus Gin
  • 25ml Triple Sec
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Grenadine
  • Ice
  • Glass: Martini
  • Garnish: Lemon Peel

Method

Half fill cocktail shaker with ice, pour in McQueen Sweet Citrus, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice and Grenadine. Shake until cold to touch, strain into glass. Garnish with lemon peel and serve.
