Salty Dog

A classic summer cocktail cooler, the Salty Dog is fresh and sharp with a savoury hint of salt, perfect for warm sunny days.

Ingredients

  • 50ml McQueen Super Premium Dry Gin
  • 100ml Grapefruit Juice
  • Ice
  • Glass: Highball
  • Garnish: Himalayan Pink Salt & Grapefruit Slice

Method

Add McQueen Super Premium Dry Gin and grapefruit juice to cocktail shaker, shake well until combined. Run fresh grapefruit slice around rim of glass, dip rim of glass in Himalayan pink salt. Fill glass approx. 2/3 with ice, strain cocktail from shaker into glass. Garnish with fresh grapefruit slice and serve.
