Tom Collins

A fantastic twist on a super-easy classic. Nothing is cool and refreshing quite like a Tom Collins. An absolute must for summer, this one gets a special kick of flavour from our McQueen Spiced Chocolate Orange Gin.

Ingredients

• 50ml McQueen Spiced Chocolate Orange Gin
• 25ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• Soda Water
• Ice
• Glass: Highball
• Garnish: Orange Slice and Glacé Cherries

Method

Add McQueen Spiced Chocolate Orange Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a highball glass. Stir well to combiné, fill glass 2/3 with ice to cool. Top up with soda water, garnish with orange slice, glacé cherries and serve.
