James Stephen and Simon Girling were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company, Trossachs Distillery Ltd on 9 June 2022. James Stephen is authorised to act in the UK as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Simon Girling is authorised to act in the UK as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. The Joint Administrators act as agents to the Company and contract without personal liability.
