Returns Policy

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and The Electronic Commerce Regulations (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, you are entitled to a 7 day Cooling Off Period and may cancel your contract with us within 7 days of receipt of your gin. Should you wish to cancel your contract, you must contact us within this period. Please note that the gin or goods purchased must be returned at your own expense, unopened in its original packaging and that you are liable for any damage caused between receipt of the gin and its return.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement where:

The gin has been in the recipient’s possession for more than 14 days,

The gin has been discarded,

The gin has obviously not been stored correctly,

The cap breaks and there is no fault with the gin itself,

The gin is not to the recipient’s liking and there is no fault with the gin.
