We accept most major Credit Cards via Stripe. You do not need a Stripe account to pay by card via Stripe. The full amount will be charged at the time that you make your purchase online. You should not send payment card details by email as this is not secure.
Please note that for security purposes the billing address you enter must match the billing address your payment card is registered to. If the address does not match, Stripe will not accept the card.
Where the delivery address is different from the billing address, we will dispatch your order to the address you enter on our Checkout page. Please call or email us if you have any problems making payment online and we will be happy to help.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and a gin may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, contact you to determine whether you wish to cancel your order or continue at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply gins at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, gins and specifications of gins at our discretion at any time before we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
If a gin is out of stock, we will contact you when the gin is back in stock, at your request.
Our gins are produced with a high level of care and attention, and are guaranteed against faults. In the unlikely event there is a clear fault with the gin you receive, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. If you wish to return your gin for a replacement or refund you must not discard the gin as we may need to collect it for analysis/return to the distillery.
Where a photo of a gin bottle is shown, this is for illustrative purposes only and we cannot guarantee that you will be sent that actual bottle (unless this is specified in the description).
International shipments may incur customs charges imposed by the customer’s local government.
