Can I amend my booking?
Please call the distillery. We can change the date of your booking subject to avaliability.

What is your refund policy?
If you are unable to choose an alternative date and have given us 48 hours notice, we will of course provide a full refund.

What are your full opening hours and is there anything to see outside the actual tour times?
Distillery tours take place Monday to Friday at 2.30pm each day.

We are a busy working distillery and unfortunately have no waiting area at present. We apologise that we cannot accommodate visitors in the distillery production areas outwith tour times.

Our shop area however, is open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

How long does the tour last and what’s involved?
The distillery tour begins with a talk in our original distillery, then moves in to our new facility to meet Little Maggie and Big Doogy, and ends with sample tasting of our gins.

We conduct our tours in small groups and welcome questions and interaction throughout. Please allow at least an hour.

Do you have visitor parking?
Yes, please follow the courtyard round to the left for parking.

Are children allowed?
The distillery is in full production each day and throughout tours. We are sorry that we cannot accept anyone under 18 years old, including infants.

Are dogs allowed?
We love dogs, but as a food production facility and working distillery, please do not bring along your dog.

Are the distillery and tours fully accessible?
Yes, we have full wheelchair access. Visitors should be aware though that this is a standing/walking tour with no seating areas.

Is there foreign language provision?
Sorry, we do not have provision at the moment.

Can samples be taken away?
We currently can only provide samples on-site.

Do you have a cafe?
No, we have no cafe yet, although the nearby town of Callander has many eateries which we can recommend.
