Garnish: Cherry Blossom Flower
Add all ingredients to a shaker minus the Champagne, dry shake for 5 seconds, add ice and wet shake for an additional 12 seconds. In the coupe add 50mls of Champagne, double strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with cherry blossom flowers.
