Pink Fizz


  • McQueen Blackcurrant and Raspberry Gin 50ml
  • Raspberry liqueur 25ml
  • Lemon Juice 25ml
  • Grenadine Syrup 25ml
  • Egg White
  • 10ml Rosewater
  • 50ml Sparkling water

Garnish: Rose Petals
Glass: Highball


Add all ingredients, beside sparkling water, to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 6 seconds, add ice and wet shake for 12 seconds.  In a highball glass add ice and the sparkling water, then double strain the cocktail into the glass.  Garnish with a single rose petal.
