Ingredients

Garnish: Rose Petals
Glass: Highball

Method

Add all ingredients, besides sparkling water, to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 6 seconds, add ice and wet shake for 12 seconds.  In a highball glass add ice and sparkling water, then double strain the cocktail into the glass.  Garnish with a single rose petal.
